HBI's Concepcion Aguila Residences Condo Near San Beda, MLQU.

Following two phenomenally successful sale campaigns of the cozy loft bedroom condo design, Honeycomb Builders now offers the AGUILA RESIDENCES CONDO.  A 14 storey mid-rise tower, Aguila Residences shall rise along Concepcion Aguila St., beside National Teachers College (NTC) and only short walking distance from Plaza Miranda, Recto, Mendiola, Arlegui, R. Hidalgo, and the three historical Manila Bridges (Quezon Bridge, Ayala Bridge and Mc Arthur Bridge).

Established since 1976, Honeycomb Builders had built and sold 3,900 housing units in 26 locations inside Metro Manila and suburbs and was recognized by SHDA (Subdivision and Housing Developers Association) as one of the country's leading middle income housing developer.  Reliability, quality and reasonable prices are the trademarks earned by HBI in its 37 years of operation in the industry.

In July 2011, HBI revolutionized condo designing and introduced the Pinoy Loft Bedroom concept in the market.  For barely 3 years, HBI had constructed 250 condo units successfully sold  217 units as of Jan 7, 2014.  A staggering 87% sales accomplishment for only 18 months of sales campaign.   She started the construction of the 100 units Rockfort Boutique Condo along Kalayaan Ave., Makati City in July 2011 and turned over 94 units to the new homeowners on July 2012.  It was followed immediately by Santa Mesa Residences Condo located in the prime R. Magsaysay Blvd., near Nagtahan which started construction on August 2012 and was placed on pre-selling status on July 2013.  Prices range from P1M to P3.1M.  Last December 2013, ABS-CBN news and current affairs featured HBI's loft bedroom condo in one of its television shows as the newest fashion in urban housing.  Aired on TV on December 8, 2013 thru  Rated K Program entitled "CONDO AREGLO."

As of today Santa Mesa ResiDens Condo had only 26 units left for sale out of its 150 total units.  Presently, 50 units are ready for occupancy and the remaining units will be turned over by April 2014.

Maximizing this great momentum, HBI will gallop more aggressively this year of the Horse by announcing the construction of the 14 storey tower in Concepcion Aguila St. in Quiapo, Manila and simultaneously launch the pre-selling campaign by February 2014.
