Following two phenomenally successful sale campaigns of the
cozy loft bedroom condo design, Honeycomb Builders now offers the AGUILA
RESIDENCES CONDO. A 14 storey mid-rise
tower, Aguila Residences shall rise along Concepcion Aguila St., beside
National Teachers College (NTC) and only short walking distance from Plaza
Miranda, Recto, Mendiola, Arlegui, R. Hidalgo, and the three historical Manila

Established since 1976, Honeycomb Builders had built and
sold 3,900 housing units in 26 locations inside Metro Manila and suburbs and
